Virtual therapy

Online therapy offers the convenience and flexibility to engage in sessions from a location that is comfortable and secure for you. It is a powerful and effective way to connect. Many clients find that the privacy and comfort of their own space can make it easier to share openly and honestly, allowing for deep and meaningful therapeutic work.

Some guidance to help you get the most out of your online sessions:

Privacy: Choose a location where you can speak freely without being overheard or interrupted. Using headphones can further enhance your privacy.

Distractions: Turn off notifications, close unnecessary tabs, and let others in your household know you are in a session if needed. Be mindful of any distractions around you.

Technology: Test your internet connection and make sure your device is charged. It's a good idea to join the Google Meet session about 5 minutes beforehand to get settled.

Comfort: Find a space that enables you to share and engage in a comfortable way. Bring only what you need to maintain focus, such as water, but refrain from eating or drinking in the session.

Virtual therapy provides a unique opportunity to engage in self-exploration and growth from the comfort of your own environment.

All sessions last 50 minutes and are held online via Google Meet
