About me

Helder Franco

I am a fully qualified Psychodynamic psychotherapist.

My experience includes working with a diverse range of issues and clients in London, including refugees, asylum seekers, LGBTQIA+ clients, and individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, ethnicities and beliefs .

I believe in creating a shared space in therapy, and building foundations for the building of trust, fostering a private, judgment free environment. I aim to be an ally and a partner in exploring the unconscious mind, navigating whatever issues come to light. These can include the complexities of interpersonal relationships, bereavement, addiction, or even depression and anxiety.

I have previously partnered and offered my services to various organisations and charities over the years. My professional background also includes several years of experience in the field of Human Resources, specialising in employee relations matters working with individuals and organisations through mediation and conflict resolution practices, on an international scale.

I work using the Psychodynamic framework. For more details on how I work, refer to the therapy section on the website.
